TERM OF USER APP USE

• The following terminology applies to these Term and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company^TMs terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company (I Court Management Sdn Bhd (Registration No:1391498)). “Venue” refers to the courts that can be booked through your site.
• By downloading, installing and/or using the I-Court User App we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page, please immediately discontinue your use of I-Court App and/or Services
• Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site. Printing a copy for your future reference is recommended.

CHANGES

• We reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend or to shut down I-Court User App for update purposes from time to time.
• You agree that your continued use of I-Court App and/or the Services shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions including any term which may have been amended from time to time. You further agree that You are solely responsible to regularly check these Terms and Conditions for updates or amendments.
• We do not guarantee that the content on our site is free from error or omissions.

YOUR USE ON THIS APP

• Your use of this User App inclusive of published links, materials, comments, or information must not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy.
• Your use of this site is solely for your own personal use. You may not use our site or application:
  1. To not copy, reproduce, resell, or otherwise deal with any contents on the site.
  2. In any way that breaks any applicable law and regulation.
  3. To replicate, distribute or repost any content on the site.

• I-Court User App is a platform that provides an alternative way to book and make payments for sport facilities.
• The services and all information, products, and other content included in or accessible from the services and provided “as in” and without warranties of any kind (implied, statutory, and implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which I Court Management Sdn Bhd expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• In no circumstances shall I Court Management Sdn Bhd be liable for any loss, additional payment, or damage however from using our website in anyway.
• Booking confirmed in I-Court User App cannot be changed.
• We may change these term and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions.

BOOKING PROCESS

• To make a booking for a court, you will have to complete all steps mentioned until you receive a receipt and a booking number. We will not be responsible for any booking or payment failure.
• You will be assigned and handled by a third-party during payment.
• All venue House Rule are applicable for I-Court User App customers.

PAYMENT

• All payment will be redirected and handled by a third party, (Senangpay) Simplepay Gateway Sdn. Bhd.
• Upon every transaction, an email with the FPX reference number will be sent to the registered user’s email address.

CANCELLATION

• Transactions made in I-Court User App are NOT refundable base on below term:
  1. Booking cancellation less than 12 hours before check-in time.
• Transactions made in I-Court User App are refundable based on below terms:
  1. Full refund of booking fees if booking cancellation at least 24 hours before check-in time.
  2. 50% refund of booking fees if booking cancellation more than 12 hours before check-in time
  3. Refund of booking fees are subjected to a 2.5% processing fees.

• Profile information: Personalize or otherwise customize your experience by, among other things, ranking search results or showing ads based on your search, booking history, and preferences.
• Payment information: Enable you to access and use Payment Service.
• Email: Allow us to keep in contact with you by sending you service or supporting messages such as updates, security alerts and account notifications.
• Feedbacks: To understand your concerns and providing is information for improvement.

 A: This situation may be caused by out of device’s battery or software failure. Please try to charge the device. If it still doesn't work properly after charging, please contact our customer service for further helps.

2) Q: What if the application connection is constantly refreshed?

 

A: This problem may be caused by an error in the connection between APP and sensor. 

 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Check your phone’s setting to ensure that the Bluetooth of your phone is not connected to other hardware;
2. Allow the iCourt APP to access Bluetooth;
3. Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on, quit the APP and clean up the background app;
4. Make sure your sensor is turned on before trying to connect again.

 

3) Q: How accurate is the data of Smash-X Intelligent Badminton Device?

 A: Smash-X Intelligent Badminton Device collects the data of professional badminton athletes and professional badminton coaches for analysis and comparison. After extensive testing, the accuracy of the data can be ensured.

 

4) Q: Do I need to connect the Smash-X to my phone every time I play badminton?

 A: In order to monitor the data of each swing in real time mode, the sensor must be connected with the phone; If you only need to record your own exercise data and check it after the exercise, you only need to turn on the sensor while playing badminton.

 

Noted:

Waterproof: Pay attention to the fact that sweat generated during the exercising enters the sensor, which leads to corrosion of the device.

Dust-proof: Attention should be paid to reducing the entry of dust such as dust when using and storing.

Anti-magnetism: It is necessary to avoid the influence of strong magnetic field on the products during use and storage.

1. Term and Condition

 

a) Each I-Court account is only eligible for (1) SMASH-X device.

b) SMASH-X device will be linked with your account automatically. Any amendment please contact our customer services at +6011-11290027.

2. After-Sale service

 

a) 12 months warranty started from device receiving date.

b) After I-Court finishes the testing and confirmation of the SMASH-X device you have purchased, you can enjoy the warranty service.

c) In the event of quality or failure problems not caused by man-made reasons or force majeure, I-Court is responsible for a free replacement of SMASH-X device.

d) The postage for the return or replacement of goods should be paid by users and the postage for the re-delivery should be covered by I-Court.

 

3. Non-Warranty Provisions

 

a) Expiration of the product warranty;

b) Product appearance damage due to abnormal usage;

c) Improper storage, for instance, functional damages caused by long-term exposure to abnormal humidity or temperature;

d) Damage cause by failure to follow the operating instructions, man-made abuse or misuse, unauthorized modification, force majeure.
