Can I return my purchase?

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of your order’s arrival in the condition where the item was damaged, unsealed in the process of delivery, but subject to investigation and approval. You can choose to return the faulty unit to the vendor that you have purchased, or you can ship it back to us. Take note that your postage costs will not be refunded and we are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.

Can I return/exchange promotional items?

Promotional or sale items or items bought with discount codes are STRICTLY non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Promotional items that are on Sale with the use of ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CODE upon checkout is STRICTLY non-exchangeable, non-refundable and there will be NO refunds in form of credit note.
iCourt reserves the right to deny return/exchanges if conditions above are not met.

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed you are not allowed to change your order. All purchases are final upon checkout after payment is made.

How do I get refunded?

If item is defected or broken for exchange is no longer available. We will refund in the form of online transfer or to your credit card.
